Foxhole Learning Academy is a mixed primary school and is situated in the centre of the village of Foxhole, four miles from St. Austell in the Clay Area of Cornwall.

This is a small school which currently has 99 pupils spread over 4 classes. It is a very happy school with dedicated staff and well motivated pupils. We encourage the children to make decisions and develop their social skills. We also encourage sensitivity towards others. Each child is treated as an individual and staff are expected to act as good role models and to assist the children to achieve at the highest standards.

Our vibrant curriculum gives children the opportunity to explore the local environment and regular visits around Cornwall to support learning. Our Year 5 and 6 have the chance to learn to sail through partnership with the Roseland Sailing Trust. Despite being a small school, we run several clubs including: multi-skills, brass, art & craft, time travelers, dance and choir. The choice of clubs on offer varies each term.

Since September 2019 the school has become a member of the Kernow Learning Trust.
